why if different type of refrigerant is used in a car's AC compressor will effect the compressor?

i mean the same compressor with different refrigerant (this is bad for the compressor but in which way?)
Yes it will. Compressors are built for certain types pressure, oil, and refrigerants. Different refrigerants have different pressures. You can run as much as 50# higher head pressure and if the compressor or the system is not rated for it you can blow seals, or O rings and loose the refrigerant charge and all of that can be a very costly mistake.
